Finding of Fact
I am in the process of summarizing a 19 document evidence repository in support of enforcement for a $20M lien published at the Secretary of State (Colorado) against the State of Colorado Capital Finance Corporation; January 7, 2009 #20092001574.
I have processed the first two documents and will hopefully complete two a day until they are completed. Doc 20 will be the completed Finding of Fact and I should be prepared to convene a grand jury to adjudicate enforcement of collections.
