The Birthshop is for anyone who was born into less than blissful circumstances and would like to change the way it is affecting them in the Present. It is not only for pregnant women, but for all interested in shifting their behavioral patterns. This workshop allows participants to heal their own birth trauma through having an actual ‘in-the-body’ experience of being conceived, gestated and born in love and safety. It is achieved through a sequence of steps that bring the group into a slightly altered state of mind - a shift that allows one to experience a deeper connection with the Source and unrestricted access to Free Will. From this place of heightened consciousness, we can make new decisions about being alive, in the body. We can create a beautiful, brand new Limbic Imprint, a new memory of our blissful Beginning, which will automatically 'uninstall' many self-destructive programs from our nervous system. This interactive, fun Birthshop is designed to clear the pathways for our creative flow through a mix of specific movement and very specific breathing exercises, guided imagery, role-playing, 'new science' approach, melting-down of frozen patterns and heart-warming group sharing. The main ingredient of success is the technique of simultaneous
engaging of all three parts of our brain (Cortex, Reptilian and Limbic brains) at the same time, and harmonizing them. From experiencing of their alignment and from understanding the correlation between specifics of our own birth trauma and our behavioral patterns, comes peace and ease.

OPTION 2: Birthshop Levels 1 & 2 (4 days) $700 per person
($50 discount for a couple, plus additional $50 discount for early registration a month prior to the event) 4 Day workshop offers more of the processes and exercises
that build on the experiences from Level 1, where the group
focused on pre-conception, conception, gestation
and birth. On Days 3 and 4 we will focus on what happens
afterwards. We’ll create new reference points in the nervous
system that will allow a new quality of attention, range of
attitudes, perceptions and expanded experience of happiness. From that place, every aspect of life improves - all that we are and do, including the people-making capacity.
The first two days of Level 1 fly by so fast, we can only do as
much as 16 hours allow! So it's wonderful to have 2 more days to explore other angles to our multi-dimensional way of Being. Both workshops are very experiential, but do allow some time for 'lecture', sharing, journaling and open discussion. This workshop is dealing also with the trauma a woman might have had due to her early sexual trauma, or the trauma to her pelvic floor while giving birth. It also helps a lot to integrate the results of the Level 1 Birthshop, bring it 'closer to home', so to speak - so that it becomes our good new habit to see that we have a choice in our ability to 'BE'. The benefits are hard to quantify, they depend on where one is at this point in life and what it is that one wants.
